Treatment Specialties and Clinical Interests: I work with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, addiction, grief, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I am passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and recognize their strengths while navigating life’s challenges.
Clinical Approach: My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I use evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, strength-based, and solution-focused approaches to help clients process experiences, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to create a safe and empowering space where clients feel heard, supported, and understood.
Education and Experience: I graduated from New Mexico Highlands University with a degree in Clinical Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 14 years of experience working in behavioral health settings with diverse populations. I am also an EMDRIA approved Consultant and incorporate trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches to support healing and growth.
Personal Interests: Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, traveling, computer gaming, spending time with family and friends, and caring for my pets. I value balance, connection, and creating meaningful experiences both personally and professionally.
